Waterstone Property Group + Rock Row Food Hall - COMING SOON

The Team is currently working with Waterstone Property Group to develop a robust food hall program at their Rock Row village project.  The planned 25,000-square-foot beer and food hall will have 18 to 22 local and regional vendors, and a brewpub, but also a place where local breweries can showcase their beer. Colicchio Consulting is managing the design, layout, financial analysis, pre-launch operations, and vendor selection.

Auburn University Food Hall Program - COMING SOON

To give students more exciting dining options on campus, Trip and Phil are working with Auburn University to create the ultimate Food Hall experience on campus.  The Food Hall Program will include favorite local and national vendors and allow students to use their campus meal plan.

Lincoln Property Company + Colorado Center - COMING SOON

Colicchio Consulting is working with Lincoln Property Company to identify and secure the best vendors and operator for a new the food hall at Colorado Center. The team will also curate several standalone restaurateurs for the space.

MADE Hotel

MADE Hotel owner Sam Gelin and operator Charles Seich wanted to create more than just another guest amenity. They wanted to cater to locals and visitors that value the experience above all else. Colicchio Consulting curated the dining experience at MADE which now includes Ferris, a New American restaurant from Charles Seich and Executive chef Greg Proechel, Paper, a neighborhood coffee shop, and Good Behavior, a stunning 18th-floor lounge with panoramic views of New York City.

Park South Hotel and Chef Tim Cushman

A New York City Hotel in the Grammercy Park area saw the need to distinguish its food and beverage programs from those of its successful neighbors. Colicchio Consulting identified James Beard Award winner Chef Tim Cushman as the answer and persuaded the Boston based legend to partner with the Park South Hotel in its restaurant and rooftop operations.

Colicchio Consulting worked to bring James Beard-decorated chef and food activist Scott Anderson’s Mistral to a Simon Property Group location. This time our team filled space at the King of Prussia Mall, the largest shopping mall in the United States.

Simon Property Group and Tom Colicchio

Our Team again partnered with Simon Property Group to bring celebrity chef Tom Colicchio to Roosevelt Field. The soon to launch dining experience, called Small Batch, will serve the nearby communities of Garden City, Westbury, Carle Place and other areas.

When Miami Beach’s iconic Fontainebleau hotel could not come to terms with London based restaurateur Alan Yau to bring his groundbreaking Hakkasan to the US, Colicchio Consulting was engaged to the re-open negotiations and close the transaction.

Simon Property Group and Genuine Pizza

Simon Property Group wanted a pillar restaurant to fill space at Atlanta’s Phipps Plaza and Colicchio Consulting matched James Beard award-winning chef Michael Schwartz to the location. This is the first Atlanta location of the restaurant that originates in Miami and is a concept that is part of Genuine Hospitality.

Kiawah Island Club and Chef Tom Colicchio

South Carolina’s Kiawah Island Club believed that a formidable culinary presence on site would enhance both its real estate sales prospects and the overall member satisfaction. Belief became reality when Colicchio Consulting assisted the Club in negotiating a long-term arrangement with Chef Tom Colicchio.

W Hotel & Corner Partnership

The Colicchio team was tapped by Corner Partnership to curate two signature dining restaurants inside a new W Luxury Hotel planned in Nashville. The hotel will also include a rooftop bar, music venue, and amenity deck.

Blue Ribbon Bar and The Cosmopolitan

Brothers Eric and Bruce Bromberg were excited to continue their tenure at the Cosmopolitan and with The Blackstone Group by introducing their classic American restaurant concept to Las Vegas locals and guests at the Cosmopolitan. This is the first Blue Ribbon restaurant outside of New York City.
