The Colicchio Consulting team helped to curate an operator that was committed to the community, curating the space with the “best of” local eats. It is here in Omaha, Nebraska where’ll you’ll find delicious Himalayan dumplings next to European Crepes for a world-class dining experience.

Dr. Murphy's Food Hall
CHDC
CHDC, with help from Colicchio Consulting, transformed the first floor of the Old Cook County Hospital, a building long overdue for a refresh, into a 10,000 SF food hall. Inspired for all those who frequent or just visit the Illinois Medical District. The new amenity features ten chef-driven vendors as well as a vibrant bar and lounge. Dr. Murphy’s Food Hall is part of Cook County Hospital’s transformative $150 million renovation, which will include fully leased medical office space, a daycare center, and a 210-room Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Chicago Medical/University District hotel, the first combined Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels located in Chicago.

Lincoln Property Company + ASB Real Estate Investments
Junction Food & Drink is a chef-driven food hall. Upon launch in summer of 2020, it will feature inspired creations from both locally and nationally known chefs. Featuring 10 unique concepts, a 40-foot bar, and coffee shop under one roof, Junction brings culinary variety and innovation to the neighborhood dining scene. Colicchio Consulting worked with the Lincoln Property Company & ASB team to identity and secure an operator, vendors, and designer to help enhance the space and bring a bespoke amenity to the Colorado Center.

Marble City Market
Regas Property
Located just steps away from a foot bridge that connects downtown Knoxville to the developing northern neighborhood, Regas Square is a $40 million mixed-use development project that encompasses over 100 condominium units and 20,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Regas Property, a forward-thinking owner deeply rooted in the transformation of the city, is adding a +/- 15,000 square foot food hall as part of the development project. Spanning an entire city block, Marble City Market at Regas Square will be the first of its kind in Tennessee. The market will include a carefully curated lineup of top-notch chefs, 40 seat bar, spacious indoor and outdoor seating, and two Top Golf Swing Suite Simulators. Colicchio Consulting was brought on by Regas Property, to help with designing the space, curating a mix of local vendors, and engaging the right operator to run the food hall.

Sandusky Market
Pacific Collective
Positioned in one of northern Ohio’s Qualified Opportunity Zones, the Sandusky Market looks to revitalize the former Kreimes Cardinal Grocery that anchored the city for over 40 years. In a city that has long been known for its spectacular Lake Erie views and worldwide renown theme park – Cedar Point, the market looks to bring Sandusky something locals and visitors have been yearning for – high quality fast casual dining. Ownership, who’s roots tie deeply to the region, are planning a 12,000 SF food hall that will include locally curated stalls and a distillery. Colicchio Consulting partnered with Pacific Collective in helping to underwriting the project and find an experienced operator to manage the space.

The Old North State Food Hall
Adventure Development
The nation’s first roadside food hall, located directly off of I-95, will open its doors in the fall of 2020. The Old North State Food Hall will feature 10 diverse vendors, along with a full service bar and bottle shop – the North Carolina Craft House. Coupled with Eimer Design, Colicchio Consulting helped the local operators professionally curate and design the space, transforming the former J.R Cigar Outlet building into a spectacular 12,000 sf food hall that is sure to attract locals and travelers alike.

US Property Management
Located in the heart of Downtown Houston’s Theater District, Lyric Market will serve workers on a lunch break through nighttime theater goers with a culturally reach and vibrant culinary experience. Curated with food from across the nation, Lyric Market is set to enhance and enliven the neighborhood with authentic eats, a craft beverage experience, and indoor and outdoor terrace seating. Colicchio Consulting was brought on by US Property Management to help with designing, curating, and engaging the right operator for the space.

The Oasis
Carpe Real Estate Partners
The Oasis, an outdoor food & beverage courtyard destination, will be located in Wynwood, Miami’s world-renowned, up and coming art district. The courtyard will take center stage of a 75,000 SF mixed-use project, encompassing 35,000 SF. The project will include several vendors in artfully designed shipping containers, along with seasonal movable carts located throughout the space. Spotify’s new HQ, a stage for programming, a 75 foot Tower Bar, and other innovative retailers will be a part of the mixed-use development. Colicchio Consulting was a partner to Carpe Real Estate, helping to design, curate, and engage an operator.

Silver Spring, Maryland, a community just outside the heart of Washington D.C, is home to a brilliant mix of cultures and art. At the base of their residential tower, Ripley II, Washington Property Company seeks to create a community space for all those who call it home. With a large bar and a big venue, the space is fit for programming. With Colicchio Consulting’s help, Washington Property Company is planning for live entertainment and a showcasing of all that makes Silver Spring special.

Foothill Partners
For over 50 years, Shoppers Square served as a trusted retail hub for the Reno community. The Casazza family has maintained ownership of the property since 1923, and in a spirit of honest stewardship, has partnered with Foothill Partners and Loja Real Estate to redevelop the site into a vital and relevant regional haven, with a focus on celebration of the Reno community and the diverse food cultures which thrive there. Located less than two miles from Reno-Tahoe International airport, the forward thinking project, sits in an ideal location between key transit centers and the heart of the Central Business District. By Summer 2021, Reno Public Market will welcome 15 local chefs into the 20,000 SF F&B, entertainment hot spot. Colicchio Consulting was approached by Foothill Partners, to assist with the conceptualization, planning & design feasibility, and operator engagement for the project.

Food Hall at Skyview Shopping Center
ShopCore
The Shops at Skyview, a popular shopping center in Flushing, Queens, offered first class shopping but lacked a place for those visiting to rest and recharge with a bite to eat. In the neighborhood world renowned for their long history of authentic Asian food courts, ShopCore plans to offer an update to the beloved model. The food hall at Skyview will overlook the site, offering unique, Asian cuisine mixed in with other local favorites. For nighttime engagement, the food hall features a bar and large gathering space. Unlike anything else in the area, the food hall will serve as a community space with ample programming for local artists and artisans to share their work amidst quality cuisine and a shared table.

Fort Totten Food Hall
The Cafritz Foundation
The Cafritz Foundation, run by a longtime DC family, seeks to bring accessible family friendly space to their project at Fort Totten. The residential neighborhood will benefit from the Cafritz’ partnership with Explore! Children’s Museum and with the inclusion of the highly-anticipated Meow Wolf interactive exhibit. The property will also have a state-of-the-art concert venue for intimate and engaging performances. Colicchio Consulting joined in the planning of the project to provide the incredible offerings authentic, yet spontaneously presented local cuisine. The food hall will offer a little something for all ages with a large bar to engage the nightlife and highlight the concert-goers experience.

Rock Row
Waterstone Properties Group
The 26-acre rock quarry, long dormant, is getting a new life thanks to Waterstone Properties. The large redevelopment surrounding the quarry will become a destination just outside of Portland, Maine. The project, with plans for residential, office, retail, and medical space, will have a food hall at the heart of it. Bon Appetit’s 2018 Food City of the World will certainly make for great curation at the food hall. Anchored by a brewery, and overlooking the glistening rock quarry, this F&B destination is highly-anticipated. Colicchio Consulting is working with Waterstone Properties on managing the design, layout, financial analysis, pre-launch operations, and vendor selection.
