Location: Kiawah Island, SCOn Kiawah Island, a premier golf-centric destination, we collaborated with ownership to create exceptional food and beverage programs that elevate the island’s hospitality offerings. From conceptualization to execution, we developed world-class dining experiences, including the renowned Voysey’s at Cassique in partnership with Chef Tom Colicchio, blending innovative cuisine with the island’s natural elegance and golf-inspired charm.
In addition to Voysey’s, we curated and launched a collection of restaurant concepts designed to reflect Kiawah’s luxury and exclusivity, ensuring every detail—from operations to guest experience—aligned with the island’s vision as a premier destination for discerning travelers, golf enthusiasts, and food lovers alike.

Location: Cayman IslandsIn the Cayman Islands, we partnered with DART Enterprises and ownership to elevate the food and beverage offerings at Camana Bay and beyond, enhancing the island’s reputation as a luxury destination.
