Carne Mare, an Italian chophouse, offers prime cuts of steak, fine seafood, and Italian specialties, providing guests with a unique blend of local vibrancy and upscale dining.

Lenoir + Handy & Hot
Location: Lindy Hotel Charleston – Charleston, SCAssisting DiamondRock Hospitality in revamping the culinary program at the Lindy Hotel Charleston, Colicchio Consulting brought chef and restaurateur, Vivian Howard’s, “casual yet refined” concepts to the table. Handy & Hot, an all day breakfast/coffee program, opened in August 2020. The menu offers an abundance of southern regional fare including coffee drinks, teas, sweet and savory hand pies, salads, boozy fruits, and snacks for customers on the go. Vivian Howard’s full-service restaurant, Lenoir, opened in the hotel in March 2021.
