The Great Southern Box Company
Location: Orlando, FLHoused in the original Dr. Phillips’ citrus warehouse, The Great Southern Box Company has been reimagined as a vibrant culinary collective in the heart of the Packing District. Celebrating the diverse flavors of immigrant cuisine, this 13,000-square-foot food and beverage destination features a curated selection of offerings, from Cuban croquetas to Jamaican jerk chicken, showcasing both locally owned gems and nationally acclaimed concepts.

Location: Auburn, ALLocated next to the main entrance of the Tony & Libba Rane Culinary Science Center at Auburn University, Hey Day Market is a 10,000-square-foot food hall where campus life and the local community come together. With nine diverse dining options, a full-service bar, brewery, and coffee roastery, it offers a welcoming space for students, locals, visitors, and alumni alike.
The Lawn, an inviting outdoor green space, serves as a hub for community events such as movie nights, live music, and holiday celebrations. A large TV on The Lawn makes it the perfect spot for watching games and other programming, adding to the market’s vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.

Oasis
Location: Miami, FLThe Oasis, an outdoor food and beverage courtyard destination, is located in Wynwood, Miami’s world-renowned and emerging art district. The courtyard serves as the centerpiece of a 75,000-square-foot mixed-use project, spanning 35,000 square feet. The development features several vendors housed in artfully designed shipping containers, complemented by seasonal movable carts throughout the space.
Spotify’s new headquarters, a stage for live programming, a 75-foot Tower Bar, and other innovative retailers are key components of this mixed-use destination. Colicchio Consulting partnered with Carpe Real Estate to design, curate, and engage an operator, helping to bring this unique concept to life.
