Phil Colicchio

Phil Colicchio occupies a unique space in the hospitality industry. As a New York-based attorney, Phil has represented over forty different James Beard Foundation Award Winning Chefs, Restaurateurs, Beverage Professionals, Service Professionals, Restaurant Designers, and Authors. He was a pioneer in the Las Vegas restaurant boom, representing both the renowned chef and hotel-casino communities in negotiating long-term restaurant management and licensing contracts.
Phil now brings that experience and those relationships to the hotel and commercial real estate development sector through CC, which focuses its efforts on advising its clients on the identification, selection, and engagement of well known high-quality food and beverage operators. CC also advises the professional sports, mega yacht and large-scale music festival industries on food and beverage partnerships.
A graduate of Seton Hall University and Villanova Law School, Phil is an Adjunct Professor of Professional Studies at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and collaborated with CIA faculty in establishing the school’s first Intrapreneurship Program for undergraduate students. He is also a member of the Auburn University Hotel and Restaurant Management Program Advisory Board in Auburn, AL, is a Director of the Heritage Radio Network in Brooklyn, NY and is a Governor’s Appointee to the New Jersey State Council on the Arts.
Trip Schneck

Prior to Colicchio Consulting, Trip Schneck was the co-founder of HotelMe.com, a verified online review platform offering consumers trusted reviews from verified guests. He sold the company to Gannett in 2014.
Trip was also the president and co-founder of TIG Global. As president, he was responsible for the overall strategic direction, development, and operations of the company. Trip sold the company to MICROS in December 2009, which resulted in investors earning a 99% compounded IRR on their investment over an eight-year period.
Previously, Mr. Schneck served as vice president of asset management and strategy at Thayer Lodging Group, a private hotel ownership group with a nationwide portfolio. He oversaw distribution strategies, revenue management, sales, marketing, and business development initiatives across the company. He was also responsible for the asset management of the portfolio, comprising 23 hotels with a market value in excess of $2 billion.
Prior to joining Thayer Lodging Group, Mr. Schneck served as the operations director for several hotels and as a consultant working with large pension funds to improve hotel investment operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and he received his MBA from the RH Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Trip has served on the advisory board for Cornell’s Center for Hospitality Research and is currently a board member at the School of Hotel Management at Auburn University.
Andrew Colicchio

With over eight years of experience in live entertainment, venue management, and VIP hospitality, Andrew Colicchio has built a reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. He has held pivotal roles at industry leaders like AEG Presents, where he managed executive operations and developed emerging talent, and Oak View Group, optimizing operations for over 30 major arenas and 20 theaters with a focus on content curation, food & beverage partnerships, and sustainability.
Andrew’s expertise extends to premier festivals like Coachella and Stagecoach, where he oversaw executive compound hospitality, collaborated with world-class chefs, and hosted exclusive events for top-tier artists and industry power players. His ability to seamlessly execute large-scale, high-profile events highlights his precision and creativity.
Andrew now brings that expertise and his extensive network to the food, beverage, and entertainment consulting sector through Colicchio Consulting, where he focuses on helping clients identify, engage, and collaborate with top-tier operators to create innovative and successful concepts.
A graduate of the University of Miami, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
